My prior experience in microstructural modeling, and data processing will be useful in dealing with the problems of additive manufacturing, data-driven alloy design, combinatorial materils science, and machine learning & materials-informatics. While my past works are mostly related to the phase-field method, I am also open to the possibility of learning and applying the modern Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) tools, in addition to developing multiscale models of different length and time scales by coupling experimental techniques.
