Works closely with the leadership team of the R Center of Excellence, individuals, and project teams from business lines to identify technical solutions to business problems.
Identifying, building, and deploying reusable data science pipelines and workflows, R packages, Shiny applications, and modules, and takes the lead on defining the strategy and priorities to meet this goal.
Provide consultancy and technical input to business lines helping them to build reproducible scientific workflow pipelines and use analytic tools effectively and efficiently.
Support cross-pharma initiatives in the open-source development space, contributing to review and helping to define the development roadmap for R packages in this space.
Provide strong technical knowledge of R, R packages, Shiny Apps, Markdown reports and other associated data science and data analytics tools (e.g. Python) and ML methods to business lines across Pfizer.

Worked with the Scientific software development team in designing and upgrading the In-house parallel computing package “PACE3D”: Implementation in C, C ++ for Linux.
Using MPI and OpenMP, simulations can run sequentially or in parallel on high-performance computers.
Developed pre- and post processing tools: Large scale 2-D and 3-D simulation datasets.
